Popularly credited to Sant Kabir Das, this #bhajan has been rendered by many, inlcuding the great Kumar Gandharva, in their own style. My favourite rendition is by the legendary #LataMangeshkar and composed by HridyanathMangeshkar in a simple and heart touching style. The lyrics talk about how our body/soul has been crafted carefully wrapped in a transparent shawl/blanket with five elements and three boons of Thought Words and Deed. All sages, saints and common humans have this same blanket. Most stain it with bad actions. However, pure souls like #Kabir return it to the Creator in the same pure form as it was granted.
